Always Payless Wholesale Policy

1. Minimum Purchase Requirement A minimum purchase of 100 pieces is required to qualify for
our standard wholesale pricing. Customers are encouraged to mix and match any merchandise
within the warehouse to meet this minimum.
2. Pricing for Orders Below Minimum Orders that do not meet the 100-piece minimum will
automatically have a 20% surcharge applied to the total merchandise cost. This surcharge
compensates for the additional handling of smaller orders.
3. Merchandise Count Verification
· Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for verifying the count and type of
all merchandise before completing payment and removing it from the premises.
· Final Sale: Once payment is made and the merchandise leaves the warehouse, the sale is
final. We cannot accept claims for incorrect counts or missing items after the customer has
departed. Please double-check your order at the time of pickup.
4. Payment Terms
· Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Zelle and Cash only. We do not accept credit
cards, debit cards, personal checks, or money orders.
· Payment Timing:
· For Zelle payments: Payment must be received and cleared before order processing or
pickup.
· For Cash payments: Exact cash is required at the time of purchase. We do not keep large
sums of cash on premises for security reasons; please be prepared with the exact amount.

5. Ordering & Pickup Process
· Pickup: All orders are for customer pickup at our warehouse location. We do not offer delivery
services at this time.
· Loading: Customers are responsible for loading their merchandise. Warehouse staff may
assist at their discretion, but the customer assumes all risk for damage during loading.
6. Returns & Exchanges
· All sales are final. Due to our deeply discounted wholesale pricing, we do not accept returns or
exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: buyer’s remorse, overordering, or minor
packaging damage.
· Defective Merchandise: Claims for defective items must be made at the time of pickup and
inspection before leaving the warehouse. Once the order has left the premises, no claims can
be accepted.8. Liability Customers and their representatives enter the warehouse at their own risk. The
company is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs on the premises.
